Two perspectives…

Being a photographer is not about being able to use a camera – SLRs are so easy to pick up and use nowadays that the old mystery has gone, and with a bit of practice anyone can take quite good pictures. Developing a professional level of technical skill does require time and practice (lots of practice), but I hope my clients don’t hire me for my technical ability. I would much rather they hired me for my vision.

As well as seeing light and understanding composition, part of creating an artistic narrative of a wedding day is being able to create different perspectives and viewpoints of the same scene…
