Retrospective

I know, it’s late for a looking-back-at-the-previous-year post. However I thought it would be good to pick out a few things from 2010 and a few things to look forward to in the coming months…

2010 was the year that I became a full time photographer and it was full of a fair amount of excitement and travel, as well as photography.

My most surprising business moment was the discovery of Twitter – originally very against sharing with the world I’ve found it to be arguably my most useful business tool. It’s made me some great connections and is brilliant to find out the direction of the industry.

I got to travel to America with a camera more than once, and may slightly have picked up my other half’s traveling bug along the way!

I also had the privilege of photographing the weddings of some lovely people in some amazing places.

2011 has already kicked off with some special moments. I was lucky enough to photograph a wedding at Westminster Abbey last weekend – keep your eye on the blog, photos coming soon.

2011 is also the year that I get married! I’m very much looking forward to it.

To end, here are a few non work favourites from this year…
