Digging through the archives – part one

I thought it would be nice to have an occasional post from my archives, be that an old favourite image of mine, or one I’ve recently rediscovered.

Every now and then I look back over a few old weddings just to see if there are any shots I want to re-edit or put on my website. This one, from a wedding I co-photographed last year, jumped out at me. I’m really happy with the composition and the skin tones of the re-edit. Not to mention that the light is lovely. It was a very hot and sunny day and placing the couple in the shade of beach hut wrapped them in lovely reflected light, the white background helping to being out the tones in the shot…
