The curse of being a photographer.

There are many joys to being a photographer, not least that I’m lucky enough to be getting paid to do something I love. There comes a point however, as you graduate to bigger an more expensive cameras, when you start to view the world through a lens. For work it is a useful skill, but it can become the curse of being a photographer to constantly wish that you had a camera with you. I must give much credit to my other half for making me leave my camera at home on occasions and just enjoy ‘being’.

Spring seems to finally be arriving, and I love the smell and splashes of sunlight the change of season brings. I’ve not got a recent photo as I’ve been trying to enjoy this Spring without a camera too often. Here’s an old shot…
